Opis stanowiska
Team member of a Workplace Management Department, which is responsible for the managing all the devices globally
- Acting as a proxy in collaboration between ordering costumer and workplace development to align requirements and changes for endpoints (Windows, iOS)
- Acting as an editor for communication to all levels like customers, technicians, and end users
- Providing 2nd level support for Microsoft Windows 10 (SAC/LTSC)
Wymagania
- Personality: strong communication skills, networking, customer-oriented, responsible and quality-conscious
- Working method: analytical thinking, structured, independent and cooperative
- Know-how: sound technical understanding of Windows 10 Platform, client-server applications, familiarity with iOS platform
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English skills
- Education: completed studies with a focus on information technology (business information systems, computer science, information systems and digital media etc.) or comparable qualification
