Opis stanowiska
- Check of frame- and lease contracts within scope regarding content and meeting internal regulations
- Supporting BSH purchase department during process of negotiation of contracts with service provider
- Counterpart for external partners, BSH-employees as well as superiors regarding all topics of fleet management incl. compliance to internal regulation
- Responsible for release of expense settlement within scope and ordering of new cars
- Clearing within operations (invoices, self-liability, car return) as well as analyzing of fleet
Wymagania
- Proven experience in fleet management
- Experience in SAP would be an advantage
- Fluent English (German will be an asset)
- Higher Education Level (Bachelor degree) in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and focus to details, effective communications and problem solving skills, working in teams
