Opis stanowiska
- You’ll play an important role in developing and supporting the future client workplaces based on on-prem solutions and cloud components as well. You’ll find existing solutions which are in the process of consolidation with the idea behind to provide one common solution.
- Troubleshoot to resolution mainly at Windows and other internal application software issues
- Image, configure, upgrade desktops and laptops using SCCM, application Scripting using internal methods: via SCCM, Powershell, Intune or other tools/languages, ex. Chocolatey.
- Provide outstanding customer service by being a trusted IT business partner, train end users on proper use of software/hardware, provide timely and creative solutions to end-user computer issues of a moderate nature to ensure end-user productivity
- Coordinates configuration/installation and general troubleshooting of all end-user (Windows/Linux & Mac in future) hardware, software and peripherals. Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting and technical skills (2nd and 3rd line of support), help to build a rich IT knowledge base by creating and maintaining process and resolution documentation
Wymagania
- Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, Cloud Device Management, advanced knowledge of Windows and Software distribution tools like SCCM, understanding of system administration, deployment and configuration, 2 - 3 years of experience in above area
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service background
- Fluently spoken English
