Opis stanowiska
- Coordination of entire order delivery process in SAP ERP: sales orders intake and processing, clearing, creation of delivery notes, surveillance on goods shipments;
- Resolving with multiple stakeholders any sales orders blockers, such as master data issues, pricing issues, availability issue;
- Creation and maintenance of return orders – in close cooperation with our warehousing partner;
- Responding to various e-mail queries affiliated with order management;
- Creation of basic Excel reports for Team and customer.
Wymagania
- Currently studying towards your University degree
- Available at least 30h/week (preferably 40h/week)
- Quick learner with an eye for detail
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excel intermediate knowledge
- Very good communication skills
