Opis stanowiska
- Role Publisher for Group Regulations: helpdesk/support for document owners during creation process; checking form incl signature, publishing
- Administration all language versions and all attachments
- Administration Digital Approval Workflows for Regulations and Instructions - approval forms (signatures) in Teamspace (SharePoint)
- Administration OrgDoku (worldwide): authorization management, executing trainings, coordination Global Steward Group (GSG) OrgDoku
- Monitoring (on all levels): annual updates, keeping release policy, sample checks regarding content (a.o. must-should-could)
Wymagania
- Higher Education Level, preferred in Organization / Process management
- Experience in organization /process management
- Fluent German and English
- Self-initiated, structured and precise work-style
- Focus on execution and results, willingness to communicate with changing counterparts
