You are responsible for
- Providing support for E2E (end to end) process regarding finalization of the quality documentation with Philips suppliers
- Preparing and sending quality documents to the suppliers in cooperation with Quality Team and Commodity Management Team
- Following up on the finalization of these documents until signatures
- User Database-Management
- Maintenance of reports/reporting dashboards
Wymagania
- Student of at least 2nd year of studies
- Availability to work 30h/week
- Good level of English (at least B2 level)
- Computer Literate, strong knowledge of Excel
- Communication skills
