In this role, you have the opportunity to
Become a part of first PH Team in Philips GBS which are responsible for end-to-end sales orders maintenance for Czech/Hungarian Market. You will assist the entire order delivery process placed by Key Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as, Finance, Planning, Logistic, also Project Management and Sales.
You are responsible for
• Management of sales orders and claims
• Resolving with multiple stakeholders any sales orders blockers, such as: master data, pricing or availability issues
• Creation and maintenance of return orders – in close cooperation with our logistic partner
• Responding to various e-mail queries affiliated with order management
Wymagania
• Student of at least 2nd year of studies
• Availability to work 30-40h/ week
• Fluent Czech or Hungarian & English, written and spoken (at least B2)
• Good knowledge of Excel. Some SAP experience will be a great plus
• Great communication skills, eye for details, well organized
